Q: How long will my order take to reach me?
A: Usually 3–5 business days, depending on your location, after leaving our warehouse.
Please note delivery may take longer around public holidays or any other strange reason that a delivery company might come up with.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes on all orders over $75*
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: We process most orders within 1–2 business days.
We will try our hardest to get your order out to you same day if placed before 2.00pm, although there may be cases where this just isn't possible.
Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or public holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Q: Order tracking and history?
A: After your order is placed, we will email you a receipt.
When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
You can view the status of your order by visiting www.niplashed.com.au and logging in to your account with your user ID and password.
Tracking information may not be available up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.
